LTS and Daemeter Consultants are Selected As Project Executor Posted: 09 Jul 2015 07:01 PM PDT Following the lengthy process and tedious works, finally the long awaited and expected consultant to implement the ADB TA 8331-INO on Sustainable Forest and Biodiversity Management in the Heart of Borneo, Kalimantan is selected.  In June 2015 the Government of Indonesia and ADB  has granted the consultant work to the LTS International which based in Edinburgh in association with Daemeter  which based in Bogor, Indonesia.  The works will be commenced on 3rd August 2015 by starting staff mobilization and setting up offices both in Bogor and in the fields; District of Kapuas Hulu, west Kalimantan and District of Malinau, north Kalimantan. When completed, it will be followed with series of stakeholder meetings in Bogor and in the fields to produce the best concensus of two year programs atnd activities to implement the project. Directorate of Ecosystem Services and Conservation Areas  (DESCA) will be the implementing agency of the project, representing the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of Indonesia. As the implementing agency DESCA will be responsible for guiding the consultants in carrying out the project. To assure the consultant deliverable and achievement, parallel to this the ADB has appointed a National and a Field Coordinator of the project to assist DESCA and the consultants on daily bases during project implementation.   [teks&foto | ©PJLKH | 10072015 | hob-ts&pjlkkhl]

SE.7/Menlhk-K-SDAE/2015 : Perijinan dan Pungutan Pajak/Retribusi Dalam Pengusahaan Pariwisata Alam di Kawasan Konservasi Posted: 09 Jul 2015 12:17 AM PDT Pada tanggal 7 Juli 2015 telah diterbitkan Surat Edaran Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Nomor : SE.7/Menlhk-K-SDAE/2015 tentang Perizinan dan Pungutan Pajak/Retribusi Dalam Pengusahaan Pariwisata Alam di Kawasan Konservasi. Surat Edaran ini salah satunya menegaskan agar Pemda tidak mengenakan duplikasi pajak dan pungutan (termasuk IMB) atas kegiatan pariwisata alam di kawasan konservasi, yang dapat mengakibatkan hilangnya daya saing serta berkembangnya pengusahaan pariwisata alam, dikarenakan untuk setiap IUPSWA yang diterbitkan oleh Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan telah dikenakan PNBP berupa Pungutan Hasil Usaha Penyediaan Sarana Pariwisata Alam (PHUPSPA), Iuran Izin Usaha Penyediaan Sarana Wisata Alam (IIUPSWA), dan karcis masuk kawasan sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan.
